Commercial / Industrial Resources
The primary commercial centres on the Sunshine Coast are Sechelt and Gibsons. Madeira Park has a sizeable retail and service cluster. Wilson Creek has a highway adjacent commercial cluster. Halfmoon Bay and Roberts Creek have smaller commercial clusters. Industrial lands are located at Hillside Industrial Park, near Port Mellon and the Langdale Ferry Terminal. There is a small light industrial zone in Gibsons. Industrial land in Sechelt is located on Field Road near Wilson Creek and near or adjacent to Porpoise Bay on Sechelt Inlet Road.
